Cefalù walking tour
Guided walk through the streets of Cefalù’s historic centre, discovering its many artistic, panoramic and cultural points of interest such as the 12th-century Arab-Norman Cathedral, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Rocca of Cefalù
Walk on the mogote overlooking Cefalù and from which the city took its name. At an altitude of 270 meters you will find the remains of the temple of Diana dating back to the 9th century BC and you will enjoy a surprising view of the historical centre and the coast.
A few meters from the Cathedral of Cefalù, the museum preserves the artistic heritage and legacy of Enrico Pirajno from Mandralisca within its ancient walls. There are two masterpieces kept there: the magnificent Portrait of a Man by Antonello da Messina and the Sicilian crater of the red-figure tuna seller on a black background.
